This Samsung DLP TV can display the full 1920 x 1080p High Definition format. All HD video is converted to 1080p for a picture with higher contrast ratios, better brightness and improved perceived resolution, particularly for content that was produced in the native 1920 x 1080 pixel count format.Next-Generation Texas Instruments DLP Projection Chip DLP TV by Samsung employs a Texas Instruments DLP chip.
