Mitsubishi To Release 92" DLP Television

Although TVs larger than 65" only make up about 2 percent of the overall TV market Mitsubishi is producing a massive 92" DLP television. Already having abandoned their LCD and DLP televisions smaller than 72", Mitsubishi is working at cementing themeselves as THE big screen company.

The 840 series is already available as a 72" and 83" model and the enormous 92 incher contains all the same features including 3D.

Mitsubishi's explanation behind the push to only manufacturing large televisions is that they couldn't make decent profit margins on TVs smaller than 72".
